We kindly ask clients to provide at least 2 hours for cancellations or appointment changes. This helps us accommodate other guests and maintain our schedule.

No Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice may be subject to a cancellation free or deposit requirement for future bookings.

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid delays for other scheduled appointments. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early for the best experience .
